1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs refunds for services provided by KoderClub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing services or products from our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services including consulting, implementation, customization, app development, support, and subscription-based services. It does not apply to third-party products or services integrated or resold by us.
3. Definitions
Services: Odoo ERP consulting, implementation, customization, app development, support, training, and related professional services.
Client: Any individual or business that purchases any service from us.
4. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are limited and generally non-applicable once work has begun. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4.1 Before Work Commences
If a Client cancels a service before any work has started, a full refund may be provided after deduction of administrative charges, as applicable.
4.2 After Work Has Started
Once project activities have commenced (e.g., requirement analysis, configuration, delivery of materials), refunds are generally not available, except under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Misrepresentation of service scope
- Material breach of agreement by us
Requests will be reviewed at our discretion.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, a Client must email support@koderclub.com with:
- Service name
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence
We may request additional information to verify the claim. Decisions are communicated in writing.
6. Chargebacks
Any chargebacks or disputes lodged through payment gateways must be communicated to us immediately. Unilateral chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised date.
