Corporate social responsibility

We invest where we have actual competence: skills, access and infrastructure

Our CSR programme is engineering-led. We teach, we build, and we give operational software to organisations that could never fund it.

Four pillars

Where the programme puts its hours

Skills & education

Free software engineering cohorts for students from non-metro engineering colleges in Gujarat, taught by our own engineers.

  • 216 students trained since 2021
  • 41 placed in engineering roles
  • 2 cohorts each year

Pro-bono technology

We build and host operational systems for registered non-profits: beneficiary tracking, donation reconciliation and field data collection.

  • 9 non-profit platforms delivered
  • Hosting and AMC donated
  • 1,200+ field users supported

Women in engineering

Returnship programme for engineers resuming careers after a break, with paid ramp-up, mentoring and a guaranteed interview.

  • 11 returnships since 2022
  • 8 converted to full-time
  • Mentor pairing for 12 months

Sustainable operations

Right-sized cloud infrastructure, carbon-aware region selection and a paperless delivery process across all engagements.

  • Solar-backed Surat office
  • Cloud cost & carbon review monthly
  • Zero-print delivery workflow

Commitments

What we hold ourselves to

  • 2% of annual profit committed to the CSR programme
  • Every employee gets two paid volunteering days a year
  • Non-profit platforms are open-sourced where the beneficiary agrees
  • Annual CSR report published to clients and candidates
